Primary Health Care for Clients
In partnership with Optimus Healthcare, Bridges is pleased to offer integrated health services to our clients. In addition to receiving high-quality behavioral health services, clients can receive health maintenance screenings and on-going care for physical health.
Primary healthcare services are also now available for children engaged in services with Bridges. Caregivers of pediatric clients may call 203-608-3466 to make an appointment with Optimus at our clinic.
All services are provided by our medical partner, Optimus Healthcare. Optimus has been delivering primary care services to adults and young adults at Bridges since 2015, and is a known and trusted resource through southern Connecticut.

Pharmacy
For the convenience of our clients, Genoa Healthcare pharmacy is located inside the Bridges Milford office located at 941 Bridgeport Ave. The pharmacy is available to fill all medication needs (not just behavioral) and delivery or curbside pick-up is also available.
Lab Services
Labcorp is now officially on-site at the Bridges Milford location as our new laboratory partner! Having them onsite means easier and more convenient lab collection for our clients.

Mon - Wed: 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Thurs: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Fri: 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Behavioral Health Home
Our Behavioral Health Home (BHH) program focuses on improving health and wellness by integrating primary care, mental health services, social services, and supports for certain eligible clients on Medicaid. It is designed to deliver person-centered support services to help those individuals coordinate their care and services all while reaching their wellness goals.
Wellness on Wheels (WOW)
Welcome to your neighborhood mobile clinic! Rolling out officially in 2023, our WOW vehicle provides accessible, street-side health care treatment to those 18 and over in the New Haven County area. Staffed with a nurse practitioner and medical assistant, WOW offers: physical exams, health screenings and tests, mental health and addiction screenings, referrals, and follow-ups.
