Mental Health First Aid Training

Mental Health First Aid teaches people how to identify, understand and respond to signs of a mental health or substance use crisis.

In this course, learn about:

  • Risk factors and warning signs for mental health and substance use concerns
  • How to help someone in both crisis and non-crisis situations
  • Where to turn for help

These FREE trainings are open to any person (18+) who lives in Milford, West Haven, Bethany, Orange or Woodbridge.

Take a course in-person or online at no cost and get certified in a few hours.

Course instructors are nationally certified and can provide trainings for several specific groups. Click on the links below for more details on the training that fits best for you.
