Outpatient Treatment at Bridges

Our adult outpatient treatment program provides recovery-oriented services that can include crisis intervention, outpatient therapy, and clinical support. The outpatient team works with individuals to increase their self-esteem, strengths, and interpersonal relationships at a pace that’s comfortable for each person.

Dual Diagnosis Intensive Outpatient Services (IOP)

Our intensive outpatient program (IOP) provides specialized treatment for those whose needs can’t be met through weekly group or individual treatment. Dual Diagnosis IOP is intended to serve those dealing with both mental health AND substance use issues. This program is conducted as group treatment for three hours per day, three days a week (9 hours of treatment per week). This all-inclusive high-level care is often provided in collaboration with Bridges psychiatric prescribers. Toxicology screens will be collected randomly throughout the program.
