Bridges is proud to share the release of Bridges Healthcare’s 2024 Impact Report: With You Every Step of the Way. This year’s report offers a glimpse into the ways individuals and families are supported throughout every stage of life, receiving compassionate, accessible, and evidence-based care for mental health and substance use recovery at Bridges. These impacts are made possible thanks to ongoing support and partnership of those who believe so strongly in our mission.
Across more than 20 integrated programs, Bridges reached nearly 9,000 individuals this past year, including children, teens, adults, and older adults—all of whom received support tailored to meet them where they are. As you will see, our report highlights the many ways that Bridges engages the community, works to improve care, and provides a comprehensive list of services under one roof. Whether through school-based therapy, in-home care, mobile outreach, crisis response, or uniquely tailored spaces that meet people’s evolving needs, Bridges provides support where—and how—it’s needed most, every step of the way.
