Medical services include physical exams, sports physicals, immunizations plus treatment for acute illness and injuries.
All services are provided by our medical partner, Optimus Healthcare. Optimus has been delivering primary care services to adults and young adults at Bridges since 2015, and is a known and trusted resource through southern Connecticut.
