Rock the Dock for Mental Health Presented by Ocean Honda of Milford Returns to Milford – May 28, 2026
After two successful years, Bridges Healthcare’s Rock the Dock for Mental Health, presented by Ocean Honda Milford, featuring The Alpaca Gnomes, returns for its 3rd annual event on Thursday, May 28, 2026, from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the beautiful Lisman Landing Marina in Downtown Milford, CT.
Held in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, this vibrant waterfront event brings the community together for an evening of music, connection, and purpose, all while raising critical funds to support local mental health and substance use services.
Proceeds from Rock the Dock directly support Bridges Healthcare, which provides recovery, prevention, and behavioral health services to nearly 9,000 individuals each year, including children, adults, and families across Milford, Orange, West Haven, and surrounding communities.
An Evening of Music, Food, and Fun
Rock the Dock offers a high-energy, meaningful experience featuring a live waterside performance by local favorites The Alpaca Gnomes, known for their infectious folk-rock sound and jam-band energy that will keep you dancing all evening long.
Guests will enjoy free appetizers and light fare provided by popular local restaurants, along with two complimentary beverage tickets (additional beverages will be available for purchase). Whether you’re discovering a new favorite or revisiting a familiar spot, the food and drink selections are sure to delight you.
The event will also feature a silent auction with one-of-a-kind items and experiences and a 50/50 raffle with a chance to win half the pot. Our special “Rock the Auction” Silent Auction will open on May 15 and close the day after the event, giving supporters even more time to participate. This year, Bridges will also recognize outstanding community partners as Mental Health Wave Makers, celebrating their impact on mental health awareness and wellness across the region.
